Ive been there...actually im there right now lol!...but im four weeks in and ive lost 12lbs so far....dont worry..take your time we'll get there eventually it just takes some work...but its worth it!

well the reason mine changed was because I went from being sedentary to very active and I never changed the settings...I also changed the amount of exercise I wanted to do a week....so thats when It told me I should be eating more...

I just want to say thanks for this post! I never thought to recalibrate my calories. I just went from being sedentary to very active and I was wondering why I wasnt losing weight.....turns out..Im wasnt eating enough! Isnt that something?

I have the New Balance HRT fit....It doesnt have a chest strap though...it tells you ur calories but i think its a little off....the heart rate is pretty accurate and I just go to this website http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm and plug in my HR, age, gender, and weight...and out pops out calories burned! It was $50 and…

Thanks for all the advice guys! I know I need to get back on track. I really want this, I feel sooo good when I eat right and exercise...but old habits are hard to break. I know I need to keep working on it and I will. Tomorrow is a new day and Im really going to turn my eating habbits around!!

maybe you need more protin in your diet..also..dont let yourself get too hungry before you eat again...when your hungry your brain craves high calorie foods. Good luck!

I weigh myself every morning after I wake up...I hear thats when your the lightest...also I think its important to weigh yourself at the same time everyday (or how ever often you weigh yourself) for better accuracy of weight change

I feel the same way! I say..work out when you can, dont take days off just for the heck of it. Obviously if life gets in the way then theres nothing you can do about it but make sure your working out the next day or so..so you dont get out of the habbit

hummm... 1) Reese’s peanut butter cups 2) Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies (the ones you bake yourself) 3) French fries 4) Pancakes (I know pancakes aren’t that bad but I tend to load on the syrup and a pancake without a lot of syrup just wont do )

Hey welcome to the site! I have a 3yr old daughter myself so I know losing the baby weight can be tough. Im new to the site too and so far its been great.
