At 210, my goal was 190, with a stretch goal of 180. I'm at 180 now, and find that I've still got a little too much flab, IMHO. My latest goal is to have my BMI within the "normal" range. At 5'11", I figure another 5lbs is good for that. Steve

I feel your pain! I was up to week 7 in the C25K app that I was doing, when this happened to me. Lots of ice, ibuprofen, and a knee brace made the pain go away, eventually. I'm getting ready to start again. Steve

2 of 3.. Never made it to the old gym. Did walk at lunch, and did 35 min of cardio at the gym. Upper body exercises, and then home.

I achieved my day's goal, by walking 2.25 miles around my workplace. I sprained my knee a few weeks ago, running, and haven't been able to move as well as before. Since I count on the extra cardio calories to offset some of my eating, I'm up a bit, but that will change, now

I joined MFP *BECAUSE* I wanted to count my food intake against a daily goal. Before, I was eating anything, and had no daily calorie goal. I *thought* I was being food-frugal, but hadn't a clue. Now, I can measure my daily intake against that goal, and modify it as necessary during the day. Steve
