My house has been Keto since 9/17. My husband dropped 10 lbs in that time and I've lost 7 lbs so far. All y'all can definitely add me! I'm always looking for ladies my size for support/encouragement. It's a whole different ball game when you only have a few inches and/or pounds to lose. Sometimes half a pound or half an inch lost is a MAJOR accomplishment that you have to work your butt off to achieve!!

This year for Thanksgiving I did roasted potatoes instead of mashed potatoes (my version of mashed potatoes involves heavy cream and cream cheese...soo.....). I just quartered some red skin potatoes, tossed in a LITTLE olive oil with a mix of herbs, baked at 400 for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet. : )

My fiance and I are at about $500 a month. That's shopping around the outside of the store (all fresh) with spices, boxed pasta, oats, etc. as exceptions. Trying to get it down a little though. I have a secret life goal of being one of those extreme coupon ladies. ;)

Okay so this helped me out a bunch. I could never figure out how I was supposed to subsist on 1200 - 1400 calories a day (my BMR depending on whose calculator you're using). I just sort of assumed I needed to stay in that range. Sometimes this stuff confuses me, and being full of Sudafed isn't helping my comprehension…
