I was feeling exactly like that, where Shred did not appear to be doing anything (currently on L2D6) on top of the usual cardio work I do (running or gym in conjunction with or on alternate days to Shred)- I even put on weight and inches last week! However, have lost half an inch in some places now and weight going back…

Gotta be careful you're not putting your body on starvation mode! I've been struggling on 1200 when not exercising and feeling tired, aggitated and hungry! So I've decided to make the weight loss per week less so I can eat a couple of cals more a day. . . I figured this is a lifestyle change so can be a little bit more…

Hi, I haven't joinned but when I looked round they were defo the most expensive (compared to the other gyms). Good range of equipment and classes though. Think they can do discounted rates for couples, OAPs but not sure about students. . . oh but they can do some special offers if you speak to an adviser there!

But with regards to chocolate I try to buy dark/ high cocoa level bars as a little is enough, or if my sweet tooth kicks in I buy mini bars as they are usually half the cal. Soem chocs like kit kats are also quite low in cals. Hope…

Hi, I used to go spinning all the time. In the classes I've been to, you do a combination of sitting, standing on the 'bike', uphill and sprint work as well as strength trainning. You can work as hard as you like, which is good if you haven't got the energy and want to take it easy!
