So its my birthday next month and I've seen the fitbit tracker that integrates with MFP as a possible present request!! Does anyone use fitbit or have any exeperience with it? Are they any good and worth the money? Thanks!

Advice needed! Increase cals to lose weight?
Need some advice my fellow MFPs! I'm 28, 5ft 6, and used to eat 1600 cals, exercise 3-4 times a week (20-45 mins @ gym or running) and was 56-57kg. I wanted to lose weight a few months ago, so I went down to 1400 cals (under MFP suggested intake for half a pound loss per week), exercise longer and harder (30-60mins) for…

anyone put on weight after going onto 'maintain' cal allowen
So I've reached my goal weight and I wasn't sure whether to keep on the 'lose weight' cal allowence (only quite low at 1/2lb weight loss per week) or to go onto 'maintain', as I'm worried that I'll put weight on?! Any insights or advice out there? Thanks in advance!:happy:

Should I continue with mpf on holiday or not?
Hi everyone, I'm going away on holiday in a couple of weeks and wasn't sure if I should have a break from mfp too or keep a track of things whilst I'm away? I don't want to put on any weight, but at the same time, I don't want to feel too 'regimented' whilst on hol! Any advice out there? Thanks!:happy:

To run or not to run?
Hi, I recently came across a mag which suggested that running can give you big thighs and a badly shaped bottom! But I've seen runners on tv and they certianly don't seem to have this figure- any thoughts out there on this or just a load of rubbish? Thanks!
