  • I add mine under Cardio - Bodyweight Training. This includes all exercises that don't use any equipment other than resistance bands. Just increase the time spent doing it as you go from 30 mins for Start it up to 45 mins Ramp it up and again for Burn it up. I only eat back have my calories too.Good luck.
