Since I weigh everything... I weigh all the individual ingredients before cooking. Then at the end of cooking my recipe, I weigh the whole thing. So, say my finished recipe weighs 123 grams, then I'll put 123 servings. This way, when I weigh it on my plate, if I serve myself 25 grams, then I'll put 25 servings. If your…

I've done it in the past. Starved for three days, lost some pounds (maybe close to 5, but definitely never 10) gained it all back on day 4. :s

I'll eat the latest around 10 pm and go to sleep around half hour later and wake up at 4:30 am. Won't eat breakfast until 10-11 am when I finally get hungry. :)

When I began counting calories, I didn't weigh my food. Fortunately, I was pretty good at eyeballing my food and I was losing weight pretty well... until it got to a point that I stopped losing. That's when I decided to buy a food scale and that has helped me to continue losing pounds. Being as precise as possible is what…

I need to see how recipes are made, so I go over to YouTube and check out AllRecipe's channel along with reading the recipe on their website. The last chicken recipe I tried was Greek Lemon Chicken and Potatoes - very easy to make and delicious!! :)

Sure... there's been months that I've gone up 10 lbs during that time. :pensive:

ACV gives me heartburn. :confounded:

I curl up into a ball and die. :'( Seriously, if I don't feel like exercising, then I don't. Or else like said above, I pop some pills and do a light exercise day of walking or yoga.

I did it, starved during the three days, barely lost any pounds, and gained it all back on day 4. Totally not worth it.

I wash my hair everyday with conditioner. 1-2 times a week I wash my hair with shampoo. My hair is no longer dry and I barely get any split ends! Cowashing is great! :)

Ugh... I know! I forgot what I was searching for, but when I finally found it, I was trying to go two places after the decimal as usual... it would only go one! :( So instead of 1.17, it only gave me 1.1 No bueno!

Oh God how I hate that soup! That was the go to diet my mom would make me do when I was a teenager. I can still remember the smell and it makes me gag. Whatever it made me lose in the week, I'd gain it back in the next couple days after it was done. And I'd get scolded if I didn't lose the supposed 10 lbs it says you lose.…

What time you eat doesn't matter. What matters is that at the end of the day you have met your daily calories given. I don't eat until around lunch time and I'm losing weight.
-
I save most of my calories for dinner/ night snacks. That way I don't go over and still enjoy my night foods.

Mmmm... Cerdo al mojo Cubano.... :yum: Prepare the marinade and weigh it. Marinade the pork as directed. Weigh the leftover marinade and that way you'll know how much stayed with the pork. :)

Even though I'm all about moderating every type of food, the one thing I can't as much as I've tried is Hot Cheetos!! Or Takis!! Or the newest thing I've seen, a bag with a mix of both!! :yum: I've only seen the one big size bag, and I'll devour it all!!
-
Oh I missed it... is there one for this week?

I actually include a portion of sweets into my day. I usually get the fun size ones. That way you can still enjoy it and not kill all of your calories.
