When you say you track your food, how do you do so? Do you weigh your food, use measuring cups, or do you just eyeball it? Most likely you are eating more than you think. Yeah, that almost happened to me yesterday. I logged 3 meals and exercise throughout the day, yet the app sent me a message at the end of the day saying that if I don't log in I'll lose my streak. Like, what? Weird... But all is not lost. Just follow the link Diane posted and you'll get it back right away. :)

I skip meals every single day. I either have breakfast n dinner but no lunch, or lunch n dinner but no breakfast. It's fine as long as you're not hungry.
