That's cuz you're clicking on the detox threads on here. And you'll see them even more now for starting a thread about it. BTW I usually see that ad on my phone, which doesn't have ad block. (Does it even exist for phones? It's never occurred to me to check. I only have it on my laptop.)

If you want to eat the snacks from work then include them as part of your daily calories. Enjoy! :yum:

Eat what you like to eat. If you want to make changes to what you eat, it's better to make them gradually instead of drastically. The important thing for weight loss is being at a calorie deficit.
-
I eat when I'm hungry. It can be very sporadic, I don't have a set time. I could be hungry as soon as I wake up (4:30 am) or I get hungry at 10am or at 12 pm or sometimes I've gotten hungry way until 3 pm.
-
I listen to my body. When I stress, I'm not hungry either. I will try to make myself eat something calorie dense if it's going on for several days to at least get to 1000 -1200 cals. per day - we do need the fuel to keep going. But, I don't really worry much because when at least one thing out of many problems gets solved,…

The only experience I have had with Herbalife is seeing that stuff make my best friend so sick she ended up in the ER. I'm glad I didn't get sucked into that product and I will continue to stay far away from that.

I eat at maintenance when I get my hungry days and when I start bloating I'm not getting near the scale.
-
The only restriction I put on myself is to make sure I eat the amount of daily calories given to me by MFP. Other than that, I eat all foods, I make space for them so that they fit into the allotted calories. That makes losing weight easier for me. :)

Ok, I'll try. I can't do 10,000 steps.

Should you feel guilty? Of course not!! It's food!! As long as you stick to your daily calories, even if all you eat is frozen pizzas and other junk food, then yes... YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!! :flowerforyou:

Salt and lime with hot sauce all over!! :yum:

I got my scale from Walmart. I ordered it online and checked the "free store pickup" option. Cost me only $12 + tax.
-
Yep... that would be me. I stay away from the scale during that time. No need to see how much I gain.

ME TOO!! Which along with hot Cheetos I have to include Takis and Lays Chile Limon chips Yes there's a theme here people, spicy stuff makes me want to keep eating. :yum:

What do you love to eat? Eat that. Make it fit into your daily calories. For weight loss, eating at a calorie deficit is what's most important. Stick to your daily calories by weighing your food, and you'll lose the weight. Sure, you could try and learn to love fruits and veggies with everybody's suggestions, but you don't…

What do you love to eat? Eat that, just smaller portions so they fit into your daily calories. ANY food you love, you can eat. Remember, for weight loss what matters is a calorie deficit. Want it "healthier" than fast food/restaurant? Learn to make it... that's what I've done with a lot of food - and it's cheaper too!

That bold part I think is what happens. We think we're one size, but in reality we were squishing ourselves into one size too small. So we start to lose weight and our pants finally stop feeling tight... and without realizing it, we technically went down a pant size (since we were wearing a size too small to begin with).…

Even scanning the product, you have to make sure that the entry for calories is correct... even the green check "verified" entries are not always correct. So OP must make sure she's posting the correct amount of calories and not just trust the entry is actually correct.

If you're not hungry for breakfast, then don't eat breakfast. Eat your meals when you're hungry, no matter what time of day it is. As long as that by the end of the day you've reached your calorie goal, then you'll be fine with weight loss. Just make sure to weigh your food to make sure you're actually eating X amount of…

I stick with "pilates" no matter what. Yeah, I'll be huffing and puffing at the end, and the pilates calories given seem too little, but I rather underestimate the burned calories.
-
Don't estimate. Weigh your food with a scale. Even with overestimation, you could still be underestimating, especially since you're not being at goal everyday yet.

Ooohhh.... I came into this thread thinking I was going to find out what works... then I realized OP's talking about the product It Works... which doesn't work. Like @queenliz99 said, calorie counting works. :)
