If you don't want to eat breakfast, it's alright. You don't have to if you don't want to. You'll have more calories you can use for lunch and dinner instead!! :)

Yes, it's normal. I've gone up 10 lbs sometimes ... and I'll eat at maintenance when I get that hungry. Then by the end of my period, all my water weight is gone. Sometimes I'll even lose my weekly pound or less, or maybe nothing at all. But I keep on going with my logging and don't let it bother me when that happens. :)

Oh no... healthy =/= bland!! The only time I boil chicken is because it's part of a chicken soup... or because it's some drumsticks and I want to shred the meat off the bones. OMG!! ACV is great to pickle the cabbage for the "curtido" I make as a side to eat with the pupusas I make. If you're not hungry or a breakfast person, you don't have to eat breakfast. Some days I start my eating until lunchtime... or have breakfast at lunch. :D If I eat breakfast, I'll eat any kind of cereal with milk, PB&J sandwich, French toast, Pancakes, Beans & eggs with some fried plantains, Pupusas, Tacos, Oatmeal, Coffee…

Have you thought of raising your base calories up to the minimum standard of 1500 cals/day instead of 1000, which is even lower than the minimum standard for women? Maybe that would help with you not binging up to 7000 cals.

I use a DIY armband. I got the idea from this video: https://youtube.com/watch?v=q-hT2Obsy_4 (min 1:00-2:00). They used a sock, but I decided to use an elbow support band because it's a tighter fit on my arm. Found it at the dollar store, and this idea works great!! My phone stays put!!

My advice: it's ok to eat carbs. I LOVE my carbs, I'm eating them, and I'm losing weight. There's nothing wrong with eating bread and carbs... The important part is for you not to go over your daily calories to lose weight. Unless of course, there's a reason why you're trying to avoid carbs. Why don't you want to have any?
