That has also happened to me and I ended up doing the same thing as you, deleting until after. Or I click on Save once I finish editing the recipe and nothing happens!! There is a youtube channel called Hasfit. They have so many exercise videos from beginners to experts. They also have a lot of videos for people who can't do "normal" exercise.
