Exercise - yes. Yoga and Pilates. Calories - yes. Just under. Tracking - yes. My favourite forms of exercise (bearing in mind I am not a natural exerciser) are walking, with or without dogs, and Pilates. I am trying to get into yoga, and have found a beginners course online that seems OK. Will persevere for a while.

Exercise - yes. 30 min yoga, 20 min Pilates and 70 min walking Calories - yes Tracked - yes @lemmyhead so sorry you're suffering, it sounds dreadful. Not an expert, but from what I remember of people with glandular fever it is important to rest and not overtax your immune system. Take care of yourself.
