Yes x 3, but only just - injured foot playing up a bit today, so only gentle exercise. Only had to chase the horse once this morning, at 6:00!

Yes x 3. Like @oykucan I also did quite a bit of exercise for another challenge, plus dog walking and trying to move horse out of my garden (again!).

@LoraineGB and @w8goal4life - lovely photos. My bird feeders are being filled at least once a day, maybe twice at the moment, and we don't have any snow! The deer seem to leave them alone, but do eat the bark from my trees, particularly the silver birch and the fig tree. I blame the woodpeckers...

Oh @craigo3154 I am so, so sorry for your sad loss. He was gorgeous. It's no comfort at the moment, but I'm sure it was the right and only decision, and anything else would have not been in his best interests. Thinking of you and your family. R.I.P. lovely Mouse.

Yes x 3. No Winners' Circle for me either - not been a good month. @jugar One of the horses in the field next to me keeps turning his nose up at the nice round bale of hay in his field and slipping under his electric fence onto my land to eat my grass. Hope yours are better behaved!

Yes x 3. Long walk with the puppy, who appears to have forgotten everything he ever knew about walking on a lead. He is shaping up to be a terrible teenager!

Exercise OK and had a good time wandering around a local market. Over on calories again today, but determined to get back on track tomorrow and have a good solid few weeks until we go out for Easter Sunday lunch at a local restaurant.

@w8goal4life Thanks for this. I think you may be right. I think Yoga is something I should do rather than something I actively enjoy, whereas Pilates is something I really do enjoy and feel better for.

Yes x 3 Tried a Yoga for beginning session today (Yoga by Adrienne) as the 30 day challenge was too difficult for me to follow - I need a grounding in the basics. I hope this will lead to me getting more into Yoga on a regular basis.

Yes x 3 managed to do Pilates without too much problem, but had to skip the side-planks as put too much pressure on my injured foot (plus I don't like them anyway).
