Exercise: yes, just managed a 20 min leisure walk. I'm sore from all the shovelling yesterday and heading to the gym tomorrow morning
Calories: yes, but today was hard. I had to fight all day not to give in to temptation, but finally got through another day.

Yes x3. Today was my rest day from strength training. Lots of walking while running errands and cleaning my house (nothing like the in laws coming for the weekend to make me get down on my knees to scrub my floors!) Did a 30 minute yoga/deep stretch video this evening. It felt so good on all my sore muscles. Well under calories today.2

Good evening everyone. Love reading everyone's post and following your journeys. @JaqK23_ on bad knee days I can usually still use my stationary exercise bike without a lot of tension. Exercises in the pool feels awesome but isn't always feasible. I now have a stationary bike here for when I need to get my exercise in for the day. @RangerRickL so many yesterdays, focussing on them will only hinder my progress for sure. Good news is that the doctor signed off for me to start a gradual return to work on Feb. 19th. I have been off for 1 year and 4 months, so a little nervous as well as excited. It has been a long time coming but back surgery and knee surgery(for now hopefully) is behind me and it is time to focus on re conditioning. They are hoping the clean up and repair on my knee will give me a few more years before they replace it. Posture is huge! It is like learning to walk and stand straight all over again, but at least I CAN NOW!
exercise yes 45 minutes pool exercises
calories yes

Originally I didn’t want to walk as i had a very busy work day, but sneaked some time to walk with my friend in the morning for 45 minutes. Felt good afterwards!
Too busy and forgot to eat lunch... Burger King small hashbrown lasted me from 8a.m. till 6p.m.! Tracked everything! Also proud of myself didn’t buy junk food at the store, stock up fresh fruits, veggies and meat - ready to cook at home :-)6 -

Pass day #2 today. Plenty of walking so OK on exercise. Was doing fine on calories but after supper I was suddenly struck with a bad stomach and cramps. Decided to have a banana (for the magnesium - any excuse) and some live yogurt for the good bacteria, so went over calories but have tracked. Cold with some snow here, but nothing like some of you have.
Edited to take back pass day as forgot to include my exercise calories (I don't normally use them so don't always record exercise in MFP, just my own diary). So actually under for the day.
@LoraineGB that's a gorgeous dog! How wonderful of your neighbour to take her in. If she could just give my 2 some tip on not pulling, not trying to chase the poste van etc...2 -

It was her first time ever going for a walk so I can’t say she’ll be that good next time And I also have two of my own, one that pulls and chases pigeons (Divvy dog) and one that doesn’t pull but chases plastic bags (Odd dog)
Hope your feel better!
