Pass day #1 today. I knew it was going to be difficult to stay within calories and to track properly as we were visiting a friend for supper. Probably not too bad, but an aperitif, wine and un petit digestif did not help. Back on track now.

Excellent reminder @RangerRickL I need to be more mindful of my posture as I have a tendency to slump a little, and I do cross my legs. I always feel better after a Pilates session, which forces me to be aware of my posture. On a different note, we are going out to friends for supper tonight, so not sure how that will be…

Yes x 3 mainly walking today. Also stretching after sitting all morning in a committee meeting for a charity I volunteer for - since leaving work my tolerance for meetings (never high) has dropped right off! At least it was a productive meeting.

Very lazy day here, but just managed enough exercise to qualify, so 3 x yes for me (very leisurely walking plus some dancing round the kitchen whilst cooking roast pork lunch).

Excellent challenge, supportive and encouraging but with no pressure. I find that logging every day, good or not so good, means I am more likely to keep on track. Plus it's always interesting to see how the others are doing, and celebrate or commiserate as appropriate.

Pass day #3. First night out in a long time, and first wine as well, so went over calories and didn't exercise enough. Not sure if it was worth it. Still (just) under for the week.

Yes x 3. Unplanned exercise was rushing through (muddy, hilly) wood to find the owner of the horse that had got into my garden from its field. I didn't mind it being in the garden, but was concerned that it might get out into the lane - very quiet, but it would only take one car. All this on top of what I'd already done.

I agree @Rangeck1 well done Rosie! She is an inspiration. 3 Yes for me today. 30 mins Pilates plus the usual dog chasing of course. I am trying some different on-line Pilates sessions, and while good they are hard work!

Yes x 3. Walking this morning, weightlifting (aka carrying sacks of dog food from the market to the car!), 35 mins Pilates this evening. Did a different Pilates workout today (Pilates by Gemma) and it was hard work!
