Yes x 3 (Pilates). Want to sleep now!
-
Well it isn't getting up at 4:50 and 6:20 with the young dog, then up for the day with him at 7:20! It's still dark! And it's raining! Don't know what's prompted his change in routine but I'm not impressed. To add insult to injury, after going out twice for his business, and having his breakfast, he is now fast asleep on…

Yes x 3 but barely on exercise (walking). I think having to get up with the young dog every day before it's even light is catching up with me. I've never really been a morning person, particularly in the winter - it was bad enough getting up in the dark when i had to go to work, but those days are supposed to be over! Roll…

Thanks @DreamPhedre for the reminder - I usually remember to post in the UAC but forget to also come over here. Will do better! Exercise, calories and tracking all on track this week so far. PS Love your username.

@Chinkiri Sorry you're having a bad time - when I was at work and had been working away, all I wanted to do when I got home was chill out in my PJs and unwind. I would have been seriously unimpressed to find a house full of people, and NO WAY would I have even considered cleaning up after anyone. Hope the left-over nibbles…

https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/spinach-sweet-potato-lentil-dhal Hi, this should be the link to the recipe. I used olive oil and substituted yellow split peas for the red lentils. I cooked the split peas for about 30 mins before I added them to the other ingredients as they take longer to cook than red lentils. I eat…

@Bethabee_ No hating from anyone here - I'm sure most of us have had much larger gains, I know I have over the festive season. Hope this week is better for you, and make sure you nurture yourself.

BadgerLamb236 January Week 2 Tuesday Previous 171.5 Current 173.7 New scales which weigh approx 1.2kg or 2.6lb heavier than my old ones (side by side comparison). So happy that not a "real" gain, but still a bit depressing to see a higher number. However, they have a higher maximum weight so will be better for my husband…
