I just do diet as I can’t really exercise bc of injury and still healing from surgery. But it works if you just do it and don’t fool yourself be real look in the mirror to imagine looking the way I want and what will not help me get there!

Hi you can still track calories you can put them in here. You go to food diary and add your meal by ingredients you use with recipe builder or you can look up things like avacado or etc

I believe one burrito is generally 1800 calories depending on what’s in it. It is humongous and really more like 3 meals.

Some foods can trigger more hungry feelings. I’d say try to throw more healthy fats to see if it is affecting it.

Do not buy the foam soled shoes they wear down super fast make sure it’s rubber soled and I’d say yes good shoes are expensive but wearing improper or worn out shoes cause sprains and strains! And be properly fitted at a runner store the can tell you your walking patterns

Basically you can’t eat them all in one sitting it’s more like two medium meals in a two hour period or so. I either get up early or stay up later and do meal prep on one day off but I get up super early so it’s half done when everybody gets up and then I just get them involved with cooking so it’s quality time
