  • I'm from Kent. New mum trying to loose weight. Feel free to add me.
  • Hi, I also had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant. I actually ended up healthier for it by the end of my pregnancy so it wasn't all bad. I used my fitness pal app to log food and then check sugar / carb contents rather than calories. I found that helpful at first as I could identify how much sugar / carbs would raise…
  • Hello. I'm aiming for 10000 steps a day. Am a new mum. Using Withings app to keep count. Some days it's really hard to get all the steps done as I'm not going out to work atm. I find approx 100mins walking will be 10000 steps for me. Would be nice to have support from others to spur me and vice verse. Feel free to add me.
  • Wow! You've done well already losing 3 stone. That's amazing. How long has it taken you? I'm in the Uk too and am trying to shift my mummy tummy too. My little girl is 9 weeks. I'm finding it impossible to exercise really as I'm just so tired at the moment. Trying to be motivated to eat the right things. I started last…

  • Hi, my baby is 8 weeks. I've git about 10lb to lose. Need some motivation and support. Feel free to add me. I'm starting today and am planning on weighing in every Friday. Exercise not really in the plan at the moment - too tired! So I'm hoping to lose it slowly but steadily. Please feel free to add me as a friend.
  • Wow! You've lost 12kg already. My baby is 8 weeks - I've been so tired and done nothing but eat junk so have gained even more weight since she was born. It's really motivating to see that someone else in the same position has managed to lose weight. How have you done it? I'm not planning on committing to loads of exercise…
  • Yep! I'm in the same boat. My first baby is 8 weeks. I'm knackered, getting no sleep and scoffing chocolate by the truck load. Was diabetic during my pregnancy and was really strict about what I ate. Since having my daughter I have lost motivation to eat healthily and have put on more weight than I actually gained when…
  • Ah that is such a pain. But i think it does fluctuated throughout the day....maybe your sacles are having a funny 5 minutes. I'm in a similar position this week. Stuck to the 1200 calories religiously but haven't lost any weight :( The only thing i can think of is that maybe i'm logging some foods incorrectly and they're…

  • i like your FOR NOW comment. :) I avoid topshop like the plague too...for now. It's a really good idea to have it as your motivation - just have to remind yourself that it's prob the equivelant of a normal shops small!
  • Glad to hear i'm not the only one. Hot chocolate shocked me - although all my friend thought it was obvious. I thought it was only some powder and water, how wrong I was. I used to have that as an alternative to a desert, wish i'd had the cakes now at least i would have known they were making me fat! lol The phone app has…
