  • I say a rest week is in order. Make sure you are eating enough, especially protein, and deload if you need to. The rest is what it sounds like you need.

  • Further in the program (6 maybe?) there are negative chin ups. The resistance bands are a good idea. That's about the only move I can think of that'd simulate lat pull downs.:)
