Okay, I have been debating on purchasing WIi FIt for several reasons. First of all I'd have to buy a Wii first, and even buying used will break my bank. Hey all, If this is a repeat question my apologies but since there is no search option and I am too lazy today to flip through all the old topics here it is: Does anyone use an Exercise Ball and have they seen results? I'm using it primarily for core strengthening, and strengthening my abs and back. Thanks for your input :)

I finally did it, I managed to do the impossible. Today I am 28 days of NO SMOKING. 28 days ago I decided that's it I can't take it anymore. I'm tired of complaining that I have no money and cigs were the biggest drain for my bank account. So I quit cold turkey. Let me tell you it has been absolute HELL for the past month…
