  • Could be you are not on a level floor. If you look at the bottom of your scale, most of the newer ones have 4 little feet.   • I looked at the Eatsmart model, but I just preferred this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CXAD7GO/. Same price as the Eatsmart, it just fits in the corner of my bathroom better. All you want is something accurate.
