I'm guessing I gained 2-4, and I hope it doesn't take as long to get that off as it did the first time. Sometimes that happens so maybe it's partially water weight. New day! Good luck to you!

I don't have a hrm, however I'm using zumbacalories.com as a guideline.

Friday mornings. Since weekends are tough, it Allows me to relax a bit on the weekend, get on track on Monday, and redeem myself by Friday.

L1/D3 for me, but Does it really burn around 200 per 20 minutes? That doesn't seem like much. LOL. Is it a 20 minute work out? Guess I never paid much attention to that.

I have the same question. Some say it's ok to go a little below 1200, since we are shorter. Does anyone here do that? It seams when I do 1200, I see little- to no loss-(Don't get me wrong-I have lost slowly and I do feel much healthier). I am considering decreasing calories to 1000 to 1100. Any thoughts??

I'm 5'2" and started getting compliments around 15-18# loss. Be patient- when it does happen, its awesome!

SCREAM! 1.5 gain. WTH! Stay within 1200, try to keep carbs low (125) exercise 45-60/4 times a week. Not sure what to do now. I felt that I watched closely this week and exercises a bit more, but I had a bad feeling about my Friday morning weigh-in, but didn't think it would increase! #$%^ I've always said that moderation…

I also have a question about Low Carb. I try to stay within 125g per day. However MFP increases that amount when you exercise. Do you Low Carbers stay with your actual goal or allow yourself more carbs?
