* Thank you- I believe this is very reasonable info. I do have a question though. I think that MFP adds more carb to you goal when you add excercise. Am I seeing that right and if so, do you increase the carb or remain at you carb goal, no matter how much calories you burn?

Thanks for your comments. I'm still thinking it won't hurt to add more cardio to see what happens anyway. I'm probably getting impatient again. Seems my weigt loss is averaging 2-3 pounds per month and I have lost inches too. I'm just hoping to boost that up a little. I guess some progress is better than none. :-)
