10% is a good guess, most people underestimate so by their standards it could be 8%, but realistically I would say 10% or just under

Focus on a big breakfast and drinking liquids to stretch out your stomach

Take up a starting strength programme, (Jason Blahas 5x5) Eat enough, sleep and drink water. You can go up quite a few pounds without any real fat if you train hard, don't hide from the work.
