I exercise between 4-6 days a week. I just started increasing my calories to 1500 and I read in an earlier post to at least give it a month to start seeing results. Worth a try!

Day 3, Level 1. I skipped yesterday because I wanted my muscles to recover since I was still very sore. Today my workout was not as bad, although my calves were burning during the cardio. I plan to stay on Level 1 for atleast 10 days then move on to Level 2. I noticed my resistance is getting better.

Ooh my gosh...sore as ????, I can't move today....forced myself to day 2 of 30 day shred. All my muscles are feeling it.

I love Brianna's French Vinaigrette and Lite House Red Wine and Olive Oil Vinaigrette dressing. A little goes a long way. The taste is almost like Olive Garden's salad dressing.

I too read the book and totally agree with the added sugars in most foods. I tried the diet for 4 weeks, and can say that I gained energy. I agree, a heart rate monitor will tell you how much calories you burned. I was amazed when I wore mine to a Zumba class. Total burned for 55 minutes was 708 calories. If it wasn't for the heart rate monitor, I would have estimated between 350-400 calories.
