hello everyone,need some advice im going out with my friends to pizza hut on friday its my first meal out since i joined mfp and i dont want to eat bad!can anybody suggest low cal food from pizza hut if there is such a thing!!!!:laugh:

im weighing all my food correctly and portion control.im walking my son in his pushchair for about 1 hour a day which works up a sweat ,im eating my exercise cals is this right?im eating 1370 cals a day but its always about 1500 coz of exercise cals lorna xxxx

hello everybody, im new to all this calorie counting.at the moment i got 25lbs to loose so im eating 1370 calories per day.has anybody found calorie counting has not helped with weight loss? surely your body must adjust to the caories your eating so it wont loose any more weight after a while sorry i must sound really…
