I think youre outta luck.
Even the croutons in the salad are fried.
Just enjoy a slice or two and move on, maybe go for a walk later tonight?0 -

Yep.
Agreed.
Exercise a little extra, and enjoy the pizza and good friends!0 -
If the buffet is going to be there, you could get a salad (minus the deep-fried croutons  ) but dress it with a little oil and vinegar, since the dressings they (and all salad bars) have are HORRENDOUS. And then have a slice of something you like. The main thing is to have fun with your friends and not obsess over calories. I know, it's easier said than done, but if you do an extra workout that day, you should be fine to eat within reason.0

Yes, not the greatest choices, however go with thin crust, maybe veggie. The fatty sausage, bacon and pepperoni really piles the fat and calories on.0

you could always look up the nutrition information online. I usually go with a slice or two of the thin crust. Don't over do the slices, they add up lol0

you can go to there site, make your own pizza and you will know exactly what calories are in it.. i just checked it out... So before you go mess around with the pizzas and when you get there you will know what to order.... At least this place gives u that option.... GOOD LUCK ENJOY THE NIGHT OUT WITH YOUR FRIENDS... :drinker: :flowerforyou: :bigsmile:0

I heard that only eating the toppings of the pizza are better than eating it with the bread! Opt for a salad and then have a Supreme slice and only eat the toppings!0

From Eat This, Not That (my favorite book):
PIZZA
Eat This:
2 slices Domino's large cheese pizza with crunchy thin crust
360 calories
19 g fat
Not That:
2 slices Pizza Hut large cheese pizza with thin 'n crispy crust
560 calories
24 g fat
Save 200 calories and 5 grams of fat!
In the world of mass-produced pizza, nothing beats Domino's crunchy thin-crust pie. This is how Italians meant for pizza to be eaten — with a crackling crisp crust and balanced cheese and sauce. Considering the average guy will consume 46 slices of pizza this year, this one small change can save you nearly 5,000 calories — a down payment on a smaller waist size.
Can you make the change to Dominos instead. It does save you calories and fat! And it's still pizza. It's best to go with thin crust, not pan. And cheese is the best way to go.
Salads you need to be careful with, because if you overload on the thick, creamy dressings (my favorite), you might as well be eating a burger with the works!
Enjoy the night out! And report back!0 -
At some places, like Round Table, you can ask for half the amount of cheese on your pizza. That would work if you are opting for a personal pizza, and don't have to risk upsetting others who you might be sharing with. It seems to me that, a veggie personal pizza, with half the cheese, shouldn't break the bank.0

I agree with everyone else. Go to their website and calculate a realistic meal and go and enjoy every last bite. Compensate with exercise and chosing low calorie items throughout the day. Don't feel guilty. Just make sure you log it. It makes the food powerless.0
