^^^^^^ ditto what they said. By planning you don't have to wonder what you're going to eat. Also, some people change their meals to being breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, dinner, evening snack. They do this to spread their food out and keep their blood sugars level. FYI

Maybe your body is legitimately hungry. Your diary is closed so I can't see what you eat and I'm not sure about your height and weight and activity level. If you are eating enough, try to get some hobbies and try to focus on other things. If you think about food all the time, it's going to make you crave it even more…

My mum makes a similar one on hamburger buns with boiled eggs cut up, diced ham, celery, onion, grated cheese, mayo, etc. they were delicious when I still ate ham. Your recipe sounds yummy too, except I would need to take out the ham and bacon. Yum yum

Can you help your Mum/Dad serve up the plates and thereby prepare your own plate, so you can manage what goes on it and in what quantity? If so, try this. If they comment it is not enough, you can always indicate that you will go back for seconds if you are hungry. At some point it may be helpful to talk about your goals…

If you only eat a bowl of cereal for your whole day, the system will definitely remind you to eat more. I got #REF! And #VALUE! for some fields. Love the calculator though. Wish all the fields worked for me. When I lowered the calories each day from 1,200 to 800, the fields with #VALUE! gave me figures although two other fields still give me #REF! "It will take you" and "you would lose" are the two fields that give me #REF!

Ditto what others said before me. Also I wouldn't go with a cheat "day" as you could really blow your calories out of the water. Certainly splurge for a meal, special occasion or when watching a game with your friends, etc. try to stick with your calorie allowance or go a bit over but if you really eat many calories it…

I have a homemade version from a Mennonite cookbook and it says to add whatever vegetables you like. I usually will put carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. I usually buy the frozen vegetables and you can cook them with your pasta. It makes for an easy meal.
