Have you tried the BRATY diet? (Bananas, rice, apples, toast, yoghurt). It is what they recommend for Diahrea and can be used long term (not forever; but more than several days). It helped my son when he had problems due to allergies and intolerances (to get his system back on track). FYI

Try stretching them out before and after your exercises. Having a warm bath or shower (where the water hits on your thighs- like a massage) would likely help too. Hope you feel better :)

If you do eat/drink something, try to have something healthy that fills you up. I usually have a glass of skim milk and that fills me up.

I just use a little extra virgin olive oil mixed with some type of juice (lemon, lime, orange, etc) and some seasonings of your choice. Just play around until you find some seasonings you like. It will vary on what you are eating and your mood and what you have on hand that day. Take care :)

I have found the iPhone app more user friendly than the full version, when it comes to entering and editing recipes. It still picks the wrong things; but you can edit and save. FYI

If they are going to be rude, just note that your body cannot tolerate chocolate. For me, I'm allergic to chocolate; so I can say so; but no one needs to know why you "can't tolerate" it. If you are afraid of pain associated with the injection site, you can get a product called EMLA cream. It's fairly inexpensive. My son uses it when he has blood taken and when he gets injections. You don't need a prescription but it is usually kept behind the counter at the pharmacy. Just ask. Take care :)
