  • Trying to start up again, I lost weight in college and was down to 230, which was the lowest I've been since junior high. Now I'm back up to 280. I'm a mail carrier and can very easily do 10,000 steps a day so it's the food aspect that's getting me.
  • I got individual cups off of Amazon but am not a fan of the texture.
  • My sister has and she didn't like it. But I am considering as well. You need to eat low fat as it blocks fat absorption so what ever fat there is comes out the other end. She did not like it because she had times where she had to use the restroom then and felt she wouldn't be able to hold it.

  • Thanks everyone! I wanted to see what other people thought of it. When I was little I would feel sick if I ate too early so I never really got into the habit of eating it. I've grown out of feeling ill but I'm used to not eating so I'm not really hungry until later.
  • skim milk, I've had vanilla soy and I didn't really like the taste. I've thought about trying almond, that is what my sister drinks, but I'm hesitant since I didn't like soy. I also thought about nixing milk altogether but it has calcium in it and I don't really ingest much calcium as is.
