Your body might be getting used to the same ol' stuff. Mix it up. Start jogging a little or faster paced... don't just focus on cardio either. I notice when I do circuit training I usually burn more, have a higher average hr, and my max hr is up there as well.

Every two weeks. Really works because even if you might've done a little bad one week you still aren't discouraged. It's been helping me a lot, and I just try to fight myself wanting to weigh-in.

What worked more for me was when my goal was 1200-1300 and I didn't/did eat back my calories depending how satisfied I was. There is a lot of 'yes' n 'no' to this argument, but in all reality, do what works best for you. Currently I don't eat back my calories. I'm not starving, and yes once in while I do have a cheat meal.…

Definitely start including more weight training because it looks like you lost a good amount of fat, but you do need to include strength training to tighten the skin.

Actors are really dedicated when it comes down to it... LOL It's ok he'll gain it back in like a few weeks or so. I think they probably hate doing that to themselves, but when they want to do a good role they do it darnit.

Usually pre-logging that way I can plan ahead. Also I'm almost always at work for the whole day so I bring all my food with me that way I'm stuck with the options I picked out anyways. I usually find myself doing my worst when I'm stuck at home for a long time. LOL

Usually egg white omlette (2 medium egg whites) with half an avocado, 1/4 roma tomato, and 1/2 cup chopped spinach. Then topped with feta cheese (reduced fat) and some plain greek yogurt... Very good :)

I take this as well...it's higher dosage of hormones but I guess my body needed it (a doctor recommended it) weight loss has been good on it...didnt gain weight either...sometimes I do get spotting but that's my bad for missing the pill one or two days...

Honestly when I started to really lose weight was when I did 1200 calories... I've honestly even asked professionals and some do recommend it. It's a preference and the starving mode only really happens I believe if you're eating wayyy below 1200... but I eat something around 1150-1300 almost every day now and I've lost 5+…
