Thank you! Usually when I gain weight, I know I gained tons when I get a double chin going and my arms are bigger since that's generally the last area to gain weight :( Thank you for the encouraging words though!

Keep going! You got this! I've missed almost a weeks worth all together but honestly from going to 0 workouts a week to 6 workouts a week (and even if I miss 2 days - 4 days a week). It's all about balance! It's inevitable to miss workouts for sure, but if you keep it up in the long run you're bound to get the results :)…

This is my third time going through Insanity and I lose almost NO weight the first month, but I lose inches and always be sure to refer to progress pictures, because you're building so much muscle while burning fat at the same time. The second month on the other hand, I lose at least 10-20 pounds depending on diet, etc.

Wait are you using the computer, or phone app? Because you can change your settings to see carbs/fat as well. The app is sometimes a pain in the butt when service sucks and my 4G runs out though, other than that frequent and recent list help a BUNCH.

HRM, you can get a really good one for 60-70 IF NOT then... circuit training...don't eat all those calories back (if you do) because it may be more than you really did or less - who knows. Everyone's body is different and burns fat differently lol

Boyfriend started to eat what I eat because he wants me to stay on track and he is also trying to lose some body fat. Everyone should eat healthy even if they are skinny. Pack a lunch for the two of you? :)
