Hello everyone! So glad to have found this thread because I am running out of ideas for new things to eat.:smooched: Breakfast - 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal with 1/3 cup of craisens thrown in. A cup of coffee with splenda and a dash of skim milk. (286 calories) Lunch - 1 Tuna patty (made of canned tuna, light mayo,…
