Can you explain the difference?

This morning I was up a pound for some strange reason. It depressed me and instead of dealing with it properly, I had a donut. Now I feel even worse :(

Did switch to new ones. I found out I have a UTI. I'm hoping that's what's causing the problem. On antibiotics for a few days and hopefully will return to normal soon. If not, it's go to be a resistance issue.

Ok, should I not put in MFP any intention to exercise?

I'm down to my last 10 lbs to my goal weight. I've lost 37 lbs. and the last 10 is taking forever. At the gym, I usually work off 400-700 calories 5-6 days a week and thought if I eat back some or all, that might actually help it to come off quicker...just a thought.

I'm a diabetic and yes, you need to see a dr. However, if you can't eat during class, can you sip on some juice in the afternoon?

I've lost 30 lbs. going to Planet Fitness. Truth is, you do what you want to do. Some may think that they aren't a 'serious' gym or workout environment, but if you want to make it work for you, you will. I don't indulge in the pizza or the bagels and work hard. Do with it what you will...just like anything else.

Try Vitamin D and make sure you stretch before doing any exercise. Vitamin D really helped me a lot. I was getting cramps in my calves and feet. Hope that helps!

I also have an hypothyroid. I was actually diagnosed with hyperthyroid, but given radioactive iodine so now it's hypo. My endocrinologist said the majority of Type 1's develop at least one other autoimmune disease :(

I'm a Realtor. I eat in the car, on the run a lot and in order to get healthier and lose weight, I've had to pre-plan snacks and meals. I'm also taking water with me everywhere which is helping a lot too!

I use my Sally ( a sheltie) all the time on my long walks. She keeps me company and is full of energy. She really keeps me going :)
