Thanks everybody! I would like to do this, just a little nervous. I hate running and get tired easily. I do like the progression of it...an ease into it. I should do it!

1. I picked up another client today (I'm a Realtor). 2. My son told me he loved me lots :) 3. I didn't over-eat despite having a stressful day.

If I'm really eating something that has no carbs...no. If I'm eating less than 15 carbs and my blood sugar is ok, I don't take it either. Everybody responds differently though so checking with your Doc would be best :)

Along with the type of exercise effecting your sugars, remember that carbs are where it's at. If you're eating a heavy carb meal, that will also cause issues. Lower carbs, lower bs.
