ditto! i drink so much tea/coffee that if i replaced all the sweetener with sugar my daily sugar level would be through the roof! Even the calories in the amount of sweetener i use add up to an annoyingly high amount ! :(

i always seem to reach my protein goal but nothing else though, so peanut butter will send me soaring over the limit :/ Even my yoghurts have like 6g protein in :/ ive had a cereal bar so thats another 80 cals gone. i dont know why i always seem to reach my protein limit and nothing else :(

i weigh just about everything. Veggies are especially important. Mine really add up because i usually eat a lot, so they definitely make a difference. And same with milk, a dash of milk in tea might not seem like much, but i drink at least 5 cups of tea/coffee a day so that definitely adds up.
