I ALSO DO THAT ALOT!!! best distraction everrrr ! And then instead of being miserable and hungry i am happy because i have nice new clothes or other purchases :) bit of an expensive distraction though!

ME TOO. Totally works. Toothpaste and food don't mix so stops me eating for at least an hour.

i did have a little Chevvy, but my parents (who technically own it because they pay for it all) gave it to my little brother when he passed his test. I now have a beautiful Mini One :) and my Dad bought my Mother a cream one to match so they look very cute on the drive together when i go home from uni :)

Tell me about it!!! I wish i had the energy levels that the kids all seem to have!!! I work with year 1 (UK) which is 5-6 year olds, and it certainly isnt a job that gives you much time to even sit down let alone relax for half a second! love the kids though so its worth it even if it is very exhausting!

Thats ace! It's the little things like that which keep us motivated and remind us that we ARE losing weight even if we dont feel like it.

couldnt have put it better myself. personally i only eat the egg white, but i'm not saying the yolk is the bad bit, i know it has all the good stuff in. I think each persons opinion on the worth of eating it will be different.

I'm going to be brave and reduce my weekly loss to 1lb per week and hopefully that will make a difference. Are you on about the same cordial type stuff as us? I'm guessing not :/ If you add squash to water, the goodnes from water is till there, it just tastes nicer, why cant it be a substitute?

It is hard to reach your calorie allowance 100% perfectly whilst still staying under or on target with absolutely everything else. I find myself often slightly under my calorie allowance but always over my fibre and protein. But it's okay. To get foods that equalled perfect totals in every single category would be insane.…

definitely not true. I had anorexia for a number of years and even when i was forced into inpatient care and went from <300 cals a day to over 3000 cals a day it still took me months of being force fed to gain back even a bit of the weight i had lost.

instead of using caster sugar, would using sweetener be the same? obv the weight would be different as 100g sweetener would be wayyyyy too much, but would it be the same effect but just lower cal????
