Hey I love Jullian Michael's workouts...the 30 day shred is tough but well worth it. I did the 1st week and getting ready for the 2nd week. The beauty of it is the work out is quick but a great workout.:smile:

I totally agree with you. Some people do deep cleaning while others rarely clean. If you do your cleaning and effort is involved, sure log it. You're moving and working off calories. I can't say what size in number that I'd aspire to be. I mean I have been size..4...my closet has clothes 4-6...none of which I can wear. I am on a mission to get my body at its ultimate shape...it needs to be healthy again....so I say size is relative.

Social media allows those that would normally not respond a platform to be ridiculously rude. It is the world we live in. Many cannot accept constructive criticism. If people practiced saying kind things at least 5 times a day perhaps they would reconsider how they respond. Believe it or not it really is a HEART issue.

Such a talented individual and made us all laugh and cry! I can't think of any of his work that was not great! 'JUMANJI" and "Ms Doubtfire" were hits for me. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED watching Mork and Mindy!
