  • Hi - I'm 36, 5'3" sw 265 cw 250 gw 150 I allow 1,500 calories a day - but am usually closer to 1,350. I am having to adjust my food intake to get more protein and less sugar... although this has been hard because I cannot have aspartame which is in most sugar free products. Sorry I don't have a picture to attach yet.
