I'm doing both, at the same time. I hit the weights 3-4 per week and do cardio 3-5 times per week. In 18 months I've lost a shirt size and three pants sizes.

Good for you! I've been taking Zumba classes for over 4 years and I really enjoy it. I got into it when my job offered Zumba classes as part of our wellness program. I attend 3-4 classes per week, at my gym, usually after my resistance training. Welcome to the club!
