Had a slip day today because I hosted bunco night and had to enjoy all the yummy food I made for it. Back on it tomorrow.

Was very very sore. Took a day to recover and did it again today. Feeling better, stronger already!

Been doing good with my food planning and avoiding sugar. Worked out for 3 days intense workouts so tomorrow is a necessary rest day to recuperate.

Had a great start today. Got my exercise on the elliptical and stayed under my calories and drank 64 ounces of water. Doing an insanity workout with my friend in the morning. Hope I survive!!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I talked to someone today who has kept a food journal for 10 years. That's some motivation!

Hi everyone! Excited to be here! I have some pretty big goals for the year I've mapped out and written them down and I'm excited to join you all. I'm a mom of 4 and sadly weigh more now than I did pregnant with any of them. My youngest is 10 so it's time to lose this weight for good.

2.5 mile walk tonight. Having a workout buddy makes such a difference. I even suggested we go the extra half mile and it felt great!

Just turned 40, 4 kids, trying to lose 45 pounds by May 1. Just got my elliptical at my house so I have zero exercise excuses and I find counting calories works best for me. Anyone looking for a buddy feel free to add me as a friend, I find that having someone to be accountable to helps motivate me a Ton!!
