I usually throw together a sandwich when I've got a lot of calories to make up for, but I'm also not that into sweet things, these days.
-
I have a friend who does this and her doctor told her to gain about 30 pounds.
-
This is precisely why I got myself a Fitbit. It's probably not 100% accurate, but it's a hell of a lot more accurate than guessing. It showed me that MFP was probably overestimating my exercise calories burned, but that I was also grossly underestimating my daily activity level.
-
On your app, go to More, scroll down to Steps, and make sure that your Fitbit is still selected.
-
I was, but then I realized that the tracking settings had somehow gotten reset on my MFP app. I went back and reselected Fitbit, and it's back to tracking properly, but it won't add my stats to the two days it missed.

Is this from an actual recipe or is this just something you made up? I've been on a soup making kick and would love to have the full recipe, if there is one.
-
I'm doing this program.

There are plenty of other sweet things out there that don't have as many calories. That's an entire meal's worth.
-
I'm at 1900 and losing, so it's possible to eat that much and still be at a deficit.
-
Probably the fat and the sugar for milk, and the fat for cheese, but dairy also has a lot of benefits, as long as you're not eating JUST dairy and not going over your calories with it. If you're lactose intolerant, though, that's a different story.

I used to buy the Snickers protein here, but I haven't seen them in awhile, and I've never seen the Mars one.
-
It's, as other people have stated, likely alcohol withdrawal, which I would DEFINITELY go see a doctor about, as they can be dangerous, even deadly if you've been drinking for long enough (though that's more for life-long alcoholics).
-
People are telling her more protein based on the fact that there is very little protein in there, and people already suggested that she eat nuts or nut butters to get that protein, so no one is pushing meat on her. Also, what doctors?

They've branched out a lot recently into actually selling physical copies of some of the programs, as well as some merch, but, yeah, I always worry that they're going to shut down.

I was addicted to diet soda and switched to sparkling water to get over it. I've since fallen off the wagon, but I'm in the midst of kicking it once more, and now I have a SodaStream. Highly recommend.

Darebee is what I use. It doesn't cost a cent, is updated with new workouts daily, and has a wide variety of programs available, including some strength ones. I can't speak for loss of strength, since I don't lift (yet), so all it's ever done for me is add more muscle.

Drink something like V8 if you really can't stand eating them, but I'd suggest trying out a few different veggies every week to maybe see what you do like. I mean, sure, like other people here have said, you could just not eat them, but then you're missing out on a LOT of vitamins and minerals that, in my opinion, are just…

I posted this elsewhere, but I finally got the two connected gain, except 2 of the days in which it wasn't syncing still aren't showing my calorie adjustment.
-
I have tried absolutely every solution to get my Charge HR to start syncing again with MFP, and I finally got the steps to show up again on my app, but my adjustments still aren't showing up on previous days in which the app wasn't syncing properly. Is there any way to fix that (short of adding them manually)?

You should definitely check out the programs. I've done Hero's Journey and Fighter's Codex, so far, and I've enjoyed them both.
-
I'm agender, they/them. Feel free to add!

How are you eating your oatmeal? I mix peanut butter and banana into mine and cook it into a sort of oatmeal muffin.
-
I second the Fitbit Charge HR
-
I hate eating breakfast, but at the same time, if I don't, I eat too much for the rest of the day.
-
Darebee.com has a lot of good bodyweight workouts and programs.

I was giving her the benefit of the doubt that she wasn't really starting from scratch, at least fitness-wise. As for the plan, I trust Darebee, which is why I suggested it, and this one in particular is for people who are already somewhat fit, which I was giving her the benefit of the doubt on when I suggested it (and it…

I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt on this one and provide her with an actual training plan that will lessen her likelihood to injure herself, since no one else is providing her anything useful. I'm starting to remember why I quit posting in this hell hole.

They have workouts you can do on your couch, and they also have some exercises that are specifically for helping out aching backs. I'm just sayin'. You should definitely check out her diet plans and some of the recipes, though.

I'm not sure what type of geekery you're into, but you should check out Darebee. She does a lot of individual geek-themed workouts, ranging from comics to games to movies, and she has several different meal plans (along with recipes). She also has a Youtube channel to go with it, so you can see how each exercise is done,…

Here's a 12-week training program.
