  • I just did workout 1 and love it! I do the elliptical daily and the rowing machine several times a week as well. I was doing the 30DS, but it got too boring for me. This one is definitely a fun addition!
  • I record my activities. Hold down the button for 2 seconds before your workout, then for 2 seconds when you're done.

  • I have dislocated both of my knees (about 4 years ago) and have had no trouble at all with the 30DS! I think a lot of it has to do with listening to Jillian and making sure your knees don't go out past your toes, etc in certain exercises.
  • I start Level 2 today. I have only lost 0.5lbs, but 7.5 inches! It's hard not to stalk the scale, but if you can help it, try only to weigh after every level. Otherwise it can get discouraging! And take measurements and pictures, it helps!
  • ^^^^Agreed! It is definitely helping me lose inches! I have learned to stay away from the scale and check measurements.

  • I'm on Level 1, Day 6 and I can already tell I've lost inches! I'm trying to stay away from the scale until Level 1 is over. I can also tell a huge difference in my endurance! It gives me so much energy during the day now, I've started adding extra cardio during the day too.
  • HCG is not urine... It is however the pregnancy hormone. HCG makes the nutrients that you eat go thru your blood stream, therefore it helps you lose weight quickly. BUT, if you don't follow the diet strictly you will pack on the pounds just as a pregnant woman does.
  • My husband and I both did the HCG diet and did well, but quit because we both felt weak and couldn't work out. And I ended up getting pregnant while on it.
