Weightloss after weaning
What are the odds that when I finish breastfeeding the pounds will fall off? Maybe it's wishful thinking because I can't seem to lose any weight I have been up and down between the same 5lbs for months now. Baby girl is almost 10 months, so not much longer!

Calories burned/HRM
Does anyone else use a HRM? Just curious how many calories everyone is burning during each level. I am 5'5", 180lbs and for level 1 my hrm has me burning about 163 cals.

Struggling after separation

Myfitnesspal has me eating 1200 calories a day, which is astonishing to me because I am 5'4" and weigh 191. I think this might be why I hit a plateau.. My BMR is 1604 and my TDEE is 2593.
