  • I skipped today. I went to the gym and did a lot of cardio as well as "lunch crunch" which is 15 minutes of nothing but ab work. Needless to say, I am far too exhausted to do 30DS tonight.

  • See, I have been taking measurements and I have lost 7"s total from various places. So I am a little confused by the weight gain, unless it's possibly water weight from my body composition changing and adding lean muscle? However, I usually do walk more than I have been. Lately I've just been doing 30DS on its own.

  • I haven't lost weight either, but the last time I did 30DS I only lost about 4lbs. However, I did lose a LOT of inches! I'm looking forward to measuring Wednesday morning before starting level 2!
