I haven't checked in lately, but I finished 30DS yesterday. I lost 2lbs, and 19 inches!! I have a ways to go still, so I am starting ripped in 30 tomorrow. After that I'll probably go back to 30DS.

Why don't you just do it however long it takes? Just do each level until you can master all 3. Even if its doing every level for a month. Then later on do it in 30 days. It will still greatly improve your endurance and strength!

L2D2 today! I haaaate level 2! So much up and down. Lol But I did the plank jacks today instead of the modified version and LOVED them!

Started level 2 today...wow! Much more intense than level 1! I Skinnyjeanz- Congrats on nearing level 3!! Towards the end of level 1 I could tell my shoulders were starting to hurt. It's almost like I can feel them crackling? Tried to really watch it on level 2 today.

Thanks everyone! It's so encouraging because I haven't lost a single pound! In fact, I think I gained about 2. I will update at half way and then again when I finish. Going to try to add in some extra cardio a couple times a week!

I've taken 1 break day so far, but wish I hadn't. My body felt more sluggish after my rest day. :-/ I am not doing any other exercises, just 30DS. I use 3lbs weights
