Anyone else done this?? I just got it because I wanted to try something new. I was just curious if anyone that had done it got results, enjoyed it, etc. Starting it in about 5 minutes!

I love it - it's fast-paced and fun! And when she says 20 minutes, she really means it with this one! Warm up to cool down is just 20 minutes. And of course you can do more than one workout or all three for a longer workout.

As far as results - hard to say, I mix this with other workout DVDs and I run three days a week, and that combination is working. I like Kickbox FastFix because it's fun, and if I'm really short on time or just need a 'kick start' before a long run or something, I can pop this in really quick.

I have this DVD and love it! I love the first workout the best. The third one is too many combos that are hard to follow without doing them a few times and by that time it's time to move onto another combo, lol.

I like that it's only 20 minutes, a jam packed 20 minutes! But, on workout 1 I only burned about 161 calories and that's going full out the whole 20 minutes. So it's great as maybe an addition to another workout or on top of cardio? But, just to use it as your only workout and expecting to see results? I'd say it won't be that much that fast. But, definitely great at get you moving!

I just did workout 1 and love it! I do the elliptical daily and the rowing machine several times a week as well. I was doing the 30DS, but it got too boring for me. This one is definitely a fun addition!

It's fun! I've only done the first two, but I like them so much better than the Shred, which I've never made it past level 1 on. Mine came without the tutorial, though (Amazon download... gr.) so it's tough to figure the moves out, but I do like it as a means of shaking up my normal gym routine
