My me time is usually exercising. It's the only time of day when i can be in a room full of people at the gym but still feel like i'm in my own little space. I also love watching box sets and doing my nails on a Sunday afternoon - usually the only time i have during the day free. :)

I'm used to it now, i never drink less than 8 glasses a day, but i am constantly peeing and i think i probably always will! Just think, its burning cals running to the bathroom! :P

I make my protein powder with milk and ice and it tastes more like a milkshake :) i use Bio-Synergy skinny vanilla powder which tastes delicious and i also use PHD vanilla creme powder which tastes so so so yummy and creamy!!

I use Bio-Synergy skinny protein powder, it has 31g of protein per scoop and the vanilla flavour is delicious!!! I mix mine with skimmed milk and ice and blend it and it tastes just like a creamy vanilla milkshake!

Cottage cheese with wholegrain spelt crackers. If you want a low fat option, you can buy fat free cottage cheese with the same amount of goodness and taste :)

I always plan ahead, especially if i know i wont be at home and have to take food where i go. I set out my breakfast, lunch and dinner and then pack everything i need. Then if i have carbs/fat leftover i can allow myself a treat that still fits in with my macros :)

I love her workouts! They make me try harder. I have used many other workouts in the past and they dont push me enough. She yells and motivates me! :)

A agree with this completely. I always shop around and see what brands do a better quality product than the one im looking at. I always try and buy things that are reasonably low in sugar and sat fat. I haven't given up chocolate either just eat in moderation and make sure i get all my nutrients into my diet before adding…

I'm the same. I haven't lost any weight (even out on a pound) but have lost 2.5 inches of my waist and 1.5 inches off my waist in the last 3 months. I say definitely measure yourself, because i understand how disheartening it is to work so hard and those scales dont budge, but the measuring tape probably has. Good luck x
