Welcome fellow weighloss seeker. I recommend thagt you make sure first and foremost you get MORE than 8 cups of water a day.Secondly, structure it so that you eat your biggest meal at breakfast and smaller meals throughot the day and if you want something save it for your cheat meal once a week to curb cravings.

What is your calrie intake and are you eating your exercise calories? I would recommend also increasing your protein intake if you are not getting enough. Feel free to mail me what you are doing and I can help if you want....

Eat your exercies calories only if you are hungry. Some days I am not and use that twoards my weightloss and some days I eat it because I am starving. Good luck!

I do one room/area a week and break it down so I do something 3-days a week. Like for the bathroom: Day 1: Tub Day 2: Floor Day 3: Vanity and counter and clear clutter.

I am sooo there. Starting weight is 170. I have until the end of August to get into a bikini. I figure I can look pretty darn good losing 15lbs and putting on some muscle weight. LET'S GO LADIES!!!!

Your body has plateaued. It is used to the exercise that you do. So now, switch it up. Running is an amazing exercise. Find something to do that is hard for you like stairs or weights. Every 2 months you should switch up what you do so your body doesn’t adapt.
