My knee has gotten worse to the point that I didn't even go to work last week and subsequently I spent the entire week lying on the couch, watching TV and eating junk.... :cry: I went to see an orthopedic surgeon who has booked me in for endoscopic surgery on January…

Well I went to a physiotherapist yesterday to see if they could help with my knee. She hooked me up to the machine and it seems to have helped a bit with the swelling. I am hoping that this is the start to recovery and I will be back burning calories soon. In the meantime, I am happy to see others doing so well. Keep up…

My doc says it bursitis, and has me on anti-inflammatories but it really doesn't seem to be helping. He ordered an MRI but unfortunately it may be months before I can get in. BTW... Google has a free spreadsheet creator that we could use for challenges like this. That way everyone can just follow the link and add their minutes everyday. I set one up with my minutes so anyone can feel free to add theirs to this sheet as well...…
